Finance Manager

Oversee a large-scale purchase ledger operation as a key team leader. This role entails guiding a team of clerks to deliver accurate and efficient accounts payable processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage and motivate the Accounts Payable team for high-quality service delivery.
- Prioritize and oversee the purchase ledger from invoice receipt through to payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Take ownership of cash flow management and optimize supplier payment terms.
- Solve disputes and complex queries with suppliers, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Support business projects and process improvements.
- Proven experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in Accounts Payable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Motivated to lead by example.
