Job Description

We are seeking a Cyber Vulnerability Management Specialist to lead the development and documentation of processes to mature our agency's cyber vulnerability management capabilities.

This role is responsible for aligning vulnerability management processes with relevant agency policies and frameworks, performing actions to discover, assess, report, act, and evaluate cyber vulnerabilities across the organization, collaborating with IT and development teams to implement security controls and remediation actions, and preparing detailed reports and presentations for management.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing and maturing cyber vulnerability management processes and supporting technologies, as well as demonstrated experience in the full vulnerability management lifecycle.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating vulnerability management policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document processes to mature our agency's cyber vulnerability management capabilities
  • Align vulnerability management processes with relevant agency policies and frameworks
  • Perform actions to discover, assess, report, act, and evaluate cyber vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement security controls and remediation actions
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and maturing cyber vulnerability management processes and supporting technologies
  • Demonstrated experience in the full vulnerability management lifecycle
Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
