As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you'll play a vital role in delivering seamless service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional service to guests during the restaurant service period, exceeding their expectations and building lasting relationships.
  • Engaging with guests throughout the food and beverage experience, inspiring them with our hospitality and creating memorable moments.
  • Maintaining outlet cleanliness and ensuring all checklists are completed daily, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Understanding guest requirements and delivering service excellence with each customer experience, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Collaborating with the Food and Beverage team on general operational tasks, working together to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings.

About You:

  • You'll have a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • You'll have relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and results.
  • You'll have the right to work in Australia.
  • You'll be enthusiastic about escalating your career and taking on new challenges.
  • You'll be self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
  • You'll be armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
