Paralegal, Statutory Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our Statutory Insurance team in Perth, working closely with Partners Rani Aria Retnam and Sue Wilkinson. As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in managing a range of matters, including workers' compensation and public liability, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and collegiate team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong academic background, with a minimum of 3 years of law degree completed, and previous Paralegal experience is preferred but not essential. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and will have a hard-working and positive attitude.
As a Paralegal at Sparke Helmore, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including insurers and their insureds, public and private sector corporate clients, and medical and legal professionals. You will be responsible for drafting and collating legal documents, preparing chronologies and summaries, and liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
