Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Expert Employment Tax Guidance: Research and provide written guidance on Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Payroll Tax, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, and Salary Packaging.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Review and prepare annual FBT returns, payroll tax filings, and superannuation guarantee calculations, leveraging technology and big data to support compliance and uncover actionable insights.
  • Engage and Educate: Liaise directly with clients and regulatory bodies, and lead training seminars for both clients and internal teams to build understanding and capability in employment tax matters.
