
Full-Time Community Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a caring and reliable individual to provide personal care support in the North Metropolitan area of Perth on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide showering, dressing, grooming, and continence support while maintaining dignity and comfort for clients.
- Assist with medication management, ensuring clients receive accurate medication according to personalized care plans.
- Support daily living by offering a helping hand to high-care clients with activities that make everyday life easier.
- Lend assistance with domestic duties, light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and keeping living spaces safe and welcoming.
- Be a friendly face by providing social support and companionship, including transportation to shops, appointments, or community activities.
- Follow personalized care plans to ensure each client's needs and preferences are met consistently and caringly.
- Encourage independence by supporting clients to do as much as they can for themselves using our wellness approach.
- Previous experience in aged care or community care, including personal care support.
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) – highly desirable.
- A current Australian driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- A genuine passion for supporting older people to live independently in their own homes.
- The ability to build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
- Good communication skills and a caring, patient nature.
