Full-time Veterinary Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced veterinary nurse to deliver high standards of patient care in our modern community-focused practice.
We have a well-established and established facility with loyal clients, located next to a pet store. Our clinic benefits from cross-referrals and provides a full range of pet care services to ensure a positive experience for pets and their owners.
We are committed to providing the highest quality care for our patients and the very best service for our clients. We focus on stress-free handling to ensure our patients' comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Undertake general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology, and emergency and critical care.
- Maintain the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment.
- Perform minor procedures when required.
- Handle client inquiries professionally in person, by email, or over the phone.
Requirements:
- A qualified veterinary nurse with at least 2+ years of clinical experience.
- Strong surgical experience with the ability to competently monitor anaesthetics.
- Calm, mature, empathetic with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience guiding and mentoring nurse team members.
