Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and evaluate instructional standards and assessment activities for firearms and tactical skills training.
  • Deliver training sessions to instructors and custodial correctional officers, focusing on effective communication and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and enhance training curriculum and content.
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
