Retail Marketing Executive Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Retail Marketing Executive to execute strategic marketing initiatives and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions to engage customers
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of national campaigns and initiatives
- Mentor and develop the Marketing Assistant to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the center's positioning and brand values
- Possession of a tertiary marketing-related qualification with experience in a similar role (retail marketing experience is highly regarded)
- Proven ability to manage promotions/events and budgets effectively
- Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to work as part of a highly energetic and passionate team
