About the Role

RACQ is seeking a skilled Digital Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our digital applications and platforms.

About You

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in supporting highly available production systems.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and various phases.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work individually or within a team framework, and in varying customer environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including peer review capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of RDBMS (SQL), programming languages, and software development tools.
  • Hands-on experience working with agile development methodologies, practices, and principles.
