We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. This is a casual position that will lead to permanency for the right candidate.

The role primarily involves maintaining equipment, mobile plant, and associated machinery in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned maintenance on woodworking and mobile plant following safe operating procedures.
  • Complete all maintenance checklists as required.
  • Be involved in fault finding and rectification in breakdown situations.

Requirements:

  • Welding and light fabrication experience.
  • Pneumatic and hydraulic experience.
  • A Forklift license would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Trade background preferred.

This role offers a part-time opportunity with approximately 4 hours per day within the hours of 6am to 5pm. Additional hours may be required to cover staff absences and high periods of production.

Work Environment:

This position is based on-site and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
