Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and executing automated marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital channels using Marketo.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about data-driven marketing and wants to make a real impact.
  • The successful candidate will have experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar) and be able to drive customer engagement through lead scoring models and nurture sequences.

About the Role:

  • Design and execute automated marketing campaigns that engage, nurture, and convert customers throughout their journey with us.
  • Drive customer engagement by developing lead scoring models and nurture sequences that guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Create compelling content, including email content, landing pages, and dynamic content that converts.
  • Analyse and optimise campaign performance, run A/B tests, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1+ years' experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or CRM management.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Marketo certification or similar platform credentials.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email template editing.
