We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Protection Program Director to lead our Respiratory Protection Program. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

The program aims to provide safe protection for frontline healthcare workers and patients. Key responsibilities include managing staff, implementing fit testing, and collaborating with occupational health staff and other stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive respiratory protection strategy
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with key partners and suppliers to achieve program goals
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality program outcomes

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse-Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
  • Relevant management tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development
