We are actively seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is based in Goulburn and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the operational success of a rapidly expanding company known for its dedication to quality and community.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in project management.
  • Solid experience in project coordination, with a preference for backgrounds in custom building.
  • Superior communication skills to ensure effective collaboration and interaction.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and adapt to changing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in data processing and numerical tasks.
  • A resilient nature, capable of problem-solving under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and the ability to work independently with integrity.

Your Role:

  • Manage costings, quotes, and scheduling to kickstart construction projects seamlessly.
  • Accurately calculate material and labor needs from plans and specifications.
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate materials orders and create corresponding purchase orders.
  • Conduct site visits, working alongside building supervisors and trades to ensure project requirements and material needs are met.
