The role of a treatment plant operator is to ensure the effective and safe management of wastewater treatment plants and associated sewerage pump stations.
This position requires a dedicated and skilled individual who can work independently and as part of a team to maintain and operate critical infrastructure in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and operate wastewater treatment plants and associated sewerage pump stations.
- Maintain and repair equipment, facilities, and other infrastructure related to the treatment process.
- Monitor and control water quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
