About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy plant equipment such as Dozers, Scrapers, Excavators, and other machinery while maintaining high safety standards.
  • Maintain healthy working relationships with colleagues and clients through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in earthmoving and plant operation is essential.
  • A valid WHS General Induction (White Card) and MR drivers' license or above are required.
  • Prioritizing machine competency, a can-do attitude, ambition, energy, flexibility, teamwork, integrity, and resourcefulness will set you up for success.
