Senior Retail Leader

We are looking for an experienced retail professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets. As a senior retail leader, you will be responsible for creating a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business results through strategic planning and execution. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, using this insight to inform product offerings and promotions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, visual merchandising initiatives, and other business initiatives.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in retail leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand financial metrics and make data-driven decisions.
