Level 1 Support Agent

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Level 1 support agent to join our team. This role involves providing fast, efficient and friendly customer service in relation to software, hardware and network operations difficulties.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to and resolving customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Accurately documenting calls and incidents.
  • Managing time and workload to meet predetermined service levels.
  • Maintaining data accuracy in our contact management system.
  • Assigning incidents and requests to the correct support group.
  • Acting as a single point of contact on incidents and problems logged.
  • Performing appropriate diagnostics to initiate problem management workflow process.
  • Providing clients with a reference number for their incident/request.

You will be working in a dynamic environment and will have opportunities for career progression. You will work closely with our technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to our customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also require a baseline security clearance and must be an Australian Citizen.
