ICT Desk Side Support Specialist

The ICT desk side support specialist will be responsible for delivering floorwalking technical support services to ensure successful client transitions with software and hardware rollouts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely resolution of client incidents and issues through effective troubleshooting and escalation processes.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of technical articles and guidelines to support clients.
  • Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders and team members to resolve client queries and requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support with attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with ITIL frameworks and methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications is an asset.
