Glass Manufacturing Specialist

A highly skilled specialist is required to work in a glass manufacturing environment.
The specialist will be responsible for solving glass forming problems and implementing corrective actions to meet production standards.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, leading departmental safety initiatives, and collaborating across departments to drive improvements.
Requirements include over 7 years of experience in glass container manufacturing, a thorough understanding of the glass melting and conditioning process, and significant experience with glass furnace colour changes.
