About the Role

As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the client relationship across a significant country or group of countries, working closely with the Regional Manager to achieve sales targets.

You will manage an account or a Territory of Accounts as the sales leader, creating a seamless customer experience and establishing trusted advisor status at a customer executive level.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work within an extended team to execute against a sales strategy, manage large complex deals, and position the business value of IT solutions to CIOs and business leaders within your account(s).

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand into new markets and territories.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-value services to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs and business leaders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of account management experience dealing with a targeted customer segment or similar companies.
  • Track record of selling large and complex Technology solutions with specific focus on driving business outcomes for clients, led through Services.
  • Self-starter with the ability to build executive relationships, articulate product and business strategies, create demand, and close deals.
