Job Title

An HR Business Partner is required to support the hospital team with high-quality HR advisory services.

  • This role will partner with clinical and non-clinical managers to design and deliver expert HR strategies and solutions.

The HR Business Partner will provide leadership, coaching and development for one HR Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advisory services on change management, grievance resolution, performance management, capability building, position management, policy interpretation and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with service counterparts and stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume case management environment.
  • Proven human resource experience in large organisations navigating complexity and competing stakeholder demands.
  • Strong ability to build credibility and negotiate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide HR advice and services that enable stakeholders to be compliant with legislation and policies.
