About the Position
  • Support leaders and team members with onboarding, contracts, and compliance matters.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • You hold a degree or higher qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in HR or employee relations within a busy, customer-facing industry - retail experience highly regarded.
  • Confident presenter with experience facilitating inductions or workshops.
  • Strong systems knowledge with the ability to adapt to new platforms quickly.
