Field Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Representative to join our Retail Select Team in Alice Springs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our Dulux, Cabot's, Selleys, and Yates brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Bunnings store staff and customers
- Ensure in-store displays are visually appealing and meet our service level agreements
- Assist with major planogram initiatives and maintain accurate product pricing and ticketing
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our sales teams
- A fast-paced and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development

- Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)

- A valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Sound computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
