About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Uplift Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in our enterprise-wide data uplift programme, working closely with end users, Product Owners, business owners and the DevSecOps squad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and collate data to support technical requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs.
  • Create detailed specifications and acceptance criteria for technology systems, driving project success.
  • Evaluate high-level requirements for technology programs and projects, including process re-engineering, cost-benefit analysis and recommended solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to prepare User Acceptance Testing, guaranteeing seamless system deployment.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation reflecting current functionality, operating procedures and processes.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in computer science, information technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Effective gathering and management of technical business requirements, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Broad knowledge of cloud data systems and products, with experience in delivering data projects (PowerBI, Redshift, Databricks, AWS & Azure DevOps expertise highly valued).
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of communicating complex analysis across all levels.
  • Exposure to DevSecOps delivery environments.
