Support Field Management in delivering high-impact HR initiatives while championing a positive workplace culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop employee experiences that foster growth and recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute coaching plans to enhance team member engagement, retention, and performance.
- Lead employee experience projects across recognition, wellbeing, and development.
- Scope, deliver, and measure projects that optimize the employee lifecycle.
- Provide expert guidance on employment relationships, performance management, grievances, and policy compliance.
- Use HR data to inform business decisions and influence strategy.
- Identify and champion internal mobility opportunities throughout the retail network.
- Stay current on employment trends and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Development teams to advance organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment relationships, awards, and HR lifecycle processes.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
- Project management capability and passion for people-focused initiatives.
