As a Manager in our Enterprise Data and AI team at KPMG, you will play a key role in guiding our clients through transformational changes by leveraging insights derived from data and analytics. Your expertise in data modelling, data wrangling, and data strategy will be instrumental in designing and implementing strategies for data-analytics, AI initiatives, and digital transformation projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team responsible for designing and developing high-quality, forward-thinking, and innovative assurance solutions
  • Integrate AI, data analytics, and automation in the audit delivery
  • Test and deploy new data analytics, artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, and other audit tools that enhance the effectiveness of audit and assurance services
  • Supervise and work on diverse transformative projects that impact how data analytics contribute to the audit decision-making process and provide insights to our clients
  • Contribute to business development by creating proposal responses and identifying new opportunities with clients
  • Collaborate across departments to harness synergies for comprehensive audit technology solutions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of advancements in the technology space, specifically regarding data analytics, AI, and cloud services

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; a master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with more than 2 years of leadership experience in client-facing roles focused on data and AI
  • Proven ability to manage and execute projects in a professional environment
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, data wrangling, data governance, and data strategy
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages with minimum 4-6 years experience working with one or more of the following tools and platforms: Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Celonis, Python, VBA, PowerBI, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, and Generative AI-powered solutions
  • Expertise with AI/machine learning platforms, including generative AI
