We're looking for dynamic and driven sales professionals to join us at our Rutherford store, opening October 2025

About You

As a Sales Representative, your focus will be on creating an engaging and memorable customer-centric environment while driving sales to achieve individual and store targets. You're :

  • Sales-hungry with a proven track record of exceeding retail sales KPIs and targets.
  • Possessing at least 2 years of retail experience and a high-energy, results-driven approach.
  • Exceptional in interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Most effective when working collaboratively in a high-performing environment.
  • Quick to learn new product ranges, POS systems, and sales tools.
  • Familiar with 12v systems (highly regarded but not essential).
  • Committed to maintaining a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Flexible and available to work weekends as part of your regular schedule (e.g., Tue–Sat, Fri–Tues, or Thu–Mon).

The Role

As a Sales Representative at our new Rutherford store, you'll be part of an energetic and passionate team.

Your Mission :

  • Collaborate with your team to meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets using effective strategies.
  • Proactively greet customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting store environment reflecting our brand standards.
  • Foster a vibrant, supportive, and positive work culture where everyone is motivated to succeed.
  • Process sales through the POS system and handle operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.
