We are seeking a detail-driven and collaborative accounting professional to join our finance team. As an integral part of the accounting department, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes, leading monthly and year-end accruals, and overseeing fixed assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and improve AP processes, including validating payment proposals, resolving supplier queries, and maintaining vendor data
  2. Lead monthly and year-end accruals, quarterly FBT reporting, and oversee fixed asset register and annual asset count
  3. Approve SKU creations and price changes to support accurate financial data
  4. Coordinate period-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
  5. Review account reconciliations and support compliance with internal controls and financial policies

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, experience in AP/AR, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (general ledger, sub-ledger, income statement, balance sheet)
  • Experience in AP/AR and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • A proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
