About the RoleWe are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Epping Plaza. As a casual sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences while selling high-quality jewellery pieces.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and achieve set sales targets through effective sales skills.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures through in-house training.
- Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
