About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Transformation Lead to join our team at HelloFresh Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of project managers, ensuring successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize complex business problems, using analytics and business judgment to drive strategic cost reduction and transformation projects in Procurement and Supply Chain.
  • Define and lead implementation of error reduction and waste reduction projects and initiatives in an international supply chain, ensuring compliance with HelloFresh specifications and waste targets.
  • Lead process reviews at our distribution centers and suppliers, driving process improvements and standardization of sourcing and supply chain processes.
  • Design and implement process, system, and tool improvements to achieve KPI targets, leveraging benchmarking and best practice exchange to maximize market and business knowledge.
  • Manage continuous improvement of methods, systems, and tools to support operations teams in managing capacity and delivering higher process efficiency.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or Business.
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, and/or continuous improvement in operations or top-tier consulting companies, with international multi-project management experience in fast-paced consumer-driven industries.
  • Solid competency in data analysis, lean methods, problem-solving techniques, root cause analysis, and structuring of complex improvement projects.
  • Six sigma green belt or similar qualification is a plus.
