About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team in Cockburn, Western Australia. As a key member of our Property Services Team, you will be responsible for managing the Naval Base Shacks leases and onsite amenities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage lease documentation and monitor compliance with lease obligations
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Naval Base Holiday Park experience
  • Administer the City's operational and capital works program activities at the Reserve
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a background in project management, facility management or property management, with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will also have a strong understanding of contract/lease management and statutory compliance.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive salary package of $107,000 - $114,000 per annum Pro Rata, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will have access to professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and wellness programs.
