About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Clinical Support Officer to join our team at NSW Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth operation of our Spinal Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative and transactional services to healthcare team members
  • Work under broad supervision, taking independent action and exercising initiative in the application of established work practices and procedures
  • Support the work activities of nurses, medical staff, and allied health staff, with locally determined shift times based on ward/unit service delivery needs
  • Hold or be willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to draft correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude for acquiring skills in customised software
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
