Climate Technology Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a pioneering climate technology leader to spearhead the development and commercialisation of a modular, solar powered Direct Air Capture system.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary technologist to drive breakthrough climate innovation at a critical time for our planet.

The Role

This role will lead engineering strategy and technology development with an innovative mindset to bring new climate technology to market.

The technical lead will develop and deploy innovative technologies to extract CO2 from the atmosphere, overseeing stakeholder engagement, engineering oversight, advancing technical design, product development, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate DAC system components from R&D through integration, testing, and manufacturing scale-up.
  • Oversee product development, engineering optimisation, and technology integration to TRL6+.
  • Drive large-scale manufacturing of DAC systems.
  • Build out a capital raise–ready technical data room and support investor due diligence.
  • Recruit and lead a small, high-impact technical team.
  • Manage IP strategy and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering programs.
  • Background in hardware development, clean technology, or process engineering.
  • Familiarity with TRL6+ development and technology commercialisation.
  • A hands-on, systems thinking leader who thrives in fast-moving environments.
