Director of Technical Excellence

This is a compelling opportunity for a Technical Excellence Director to drive technical success across our workshops.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Heavy Vehicle Technician with sound knowledge of service department operations.
They will possess strong expertise in repair and maintenance concepts, troubleshooting, repair methods, vehicle technical aspects, tools, and equipment.
Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance to workshop team leaders in all locations with the diagnosis of Mercedes Benz, Freightliner, and Fuso Trucks in a timely manner.
Additionally, they will identify skills gaps for key areas and develop training programs to enhance capability.
Requirements include a Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent, and a Cert IV training certificate is highly desirable.
