Job Title:

Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive maintenance support to clients, ensuring optimal fleet performance and reducing downtime.
  • Coordinate with authorized repairers to respond promptly to maintenance calls and emails, and issue repair authorizations in line with vehicle contracts.
  • Manage and control servicing and repair costs for all fleet vehicles, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Maximize warranties and provide post-warranty support for manufacturers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality maintenance services.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
