Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and coordinate field teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, cost control, material reconciliation, and successful project closure.

This role involves overseeing field operations, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing project partners, daily tasks, and maintaining a culture of safety and well-being.

About You:

This position is suitable for an existing supervisor looking for their next challenge or a technical expert seeking career advancement. You will promote safe working practices and a culture of safety behaviors and attitudes.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in telecommunications or civil construction
  • Experience with NBN, Telstra, and/or other network construction & maintenance projects
  • A strong track record of managing contractors to meet defined targets
