About This Role

As a key member of our technology team, you will lead a diverse group of specialists responsible for delivering seamless user experiences across various platforms.

This role demands strong leadership skills, with the ability to plan, manage people and resources, contracts, and key stakeholder relationships to achieve desired outcomes.

The team's responsibilities include:

  • Cybersecurity operations;
  • Learning Management Systems integration;
  • Intranet and student portal management;
  • Cyber Operations Tactical Mission training equipment maintenance;
  • Commercial online cyber training services subscription management;
  • Basic IT and networking equipment support including associated software;
  • Training and learner statistics analysis.

This position comes with an additional remuneration benefit known as a Building Defence Capability Payment (BDCP).

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams;
  • Strong planning, management, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to manage contracts and stakeholder relationships;
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, intranets, and student portals;
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and tactics;
  • Understanding of basic IT and networking principles;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
