Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of professionals to provide value-added services to customers
* Develop and implement strategies to drive branch success and customer loyalty
* Manage day-to-day operations, including transport and yard teams
* Oversee asset management and ensure the safety of team members and customers
* Create solutions for customers, develop quotes, and enter hire agreements
* Manage branch P&L and KPIs around fleet availability and utilisation
