Job Summary:

The successful candidate will promote the wellbeing of staff and guests, develop and run health programs, maintain a safe environment, and provide quality services to all staff onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote wellbeing of staff and guests
  • Develop and run health programs
  • Clean and maintain fitness areas
  • Provide quality services to all staff onsite
  • Maintain a safe environment for all staff and guests in lifestyle activities

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Fitness - must be Australian recognised
  • Senior First Aid & CPR Certificate - Must be valid
  • National Police Clearance - within 3-6 months
  • Pass a pre-employment medical and regular drug screenings
  • Provide two contactable references
  • Outstanding communication and reporting skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates initiative
  • Able to manage multiple tasks
  • Pilates or yoga qualification - Desired
  • Mindfulness Training
  • Eagerness to learn
