We are seeking motivated health, fitness, and lifestyle professionals for casual roles as wellbeing coordinators.
Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate company-wide health initiatives and strategies.
- Promote events in and around the village.
- Maintain sporting, leisure, and recreational facilities on site.
- Conduct health assessments and gym inductions for residents.
- Lead fitness classes for residents.
- Provide educational seminars for residents and staff.
- Evaluate and maintain communication and reporting processes.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to work independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for physical and mental health and fitness.
- High level of customer service and engagement.
- Administrative skills.
- Certificate IV in Fitness or Diploma of Sport and Recreation.
- Minimum six months experience in a fitness facility or similar role.
- Australian manual drivers' license.
