Health and Lifestyle Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Health and Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate company-wide health strategies and initiatives, promoting a culture of wellness among colleagues.
  • Develop and implement lifestyle events and activities in the village, enhancing residents' overall quality of life.
  • Maintain sporting, leisure, and recreational facilities on site, ensuring they meet high standards for safety and enjoyment.
  • Conduct health assessments and gym inductions for residents, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Lead fitness classes for residents, focusing on physical and mental well-being.
  • Deliver educational seminars for residents and staff, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
  • Establish clear communication channels (email and meetings) and reporting processes, guaranteeing seamless coordination across departments.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, working independently while maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication and presentation abilities, effectively engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Display genuine passion for physical and mental health, driving innovative solutions and programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engagement, prioritizing residents' needs and satisfaction.
  • Possess strong administrative skills, efficiently managing resources and tasks.
  • Hold relevant certifications, such as Certificate IV in Fitness or Diploma of Sport and Recreation.
  • Meet the minimum six months experience requirement in a fitness facility or similar role.
  • Obtain an Australian manual driver's license.
