  • This position is available for a skilled professional who can manage business continuity processes to ensure the organization's resilience.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business continuity management (BCM) strategies, plans, and procedures.
  • A key focus area will be on managing BCM functions and delivering high-quality service to clients.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the BCM framework, including templates, documentation, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  2. Assist in the management of major disruption events, emergency communication systems, and protocols.
  3. Direct and assist with annual Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) for all departments.
  4. Document and track actions arising from plan tests and exercises.
  5. Review vendors and business partners' internal business continuity controls.
  6. Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the BCM program.
">Requirements:">
  • Demonstrated experience in business continuity planning and IT disaster recovery management.
  • Working understanding of APRA CPS 232 and CPS 230.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Continuity related field.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications desired.
  • Certification from the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) or Disaster Recovery International (DRI).
