Job Overview

This is a senior role where you will play a key part in shaping and strengthening resilience practices across the organisation.

  • Develop and lead business resilience and continuity frameworks, policies, and tools to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish resilience requirements and oversee critical operations to minimize disruptions.
  • Provide second-line advice, assurance, and regulatory alignment to maintain compliance.
  • Drive training, awareness, and a strong resilience culture within the organization.
  • Lead crisis/incident response and embed lessons learned to enhance future preparedness.
  • Report directly to senior management and mentor team members to foster growth.
Key Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline such as business, law, finance, commerce, IT, mathematics, risk, or compliance is highly desired.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operational risk and/or operational resilience roles within a financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations and demonstrated experience in risk and control frameworks.
  • Experience with prudential regulatory frameworks, specifically CPS 230, is required.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior management and stakeholders.
