Senior Manager for Technology and Cyber Risk

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager for Technology and Cyber Risk to join our team at WSP Global Inc. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in shaping our organization's approach to technology and cyber risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT risk management framework that aligns with the organization's risk appetite and business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of risk analysts to identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks.
- Collaborate with the Executive Risk Management team to evaluate and report on IT risks as part of the Enterprise Risk Management process.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and reporting of IT risks.
- Develop and deliver risk management training programs to promote a culture of risk-aware decision-making and accountability.
- Manage the evolution of the Integrated Risk Management Platform (Service-Now IRM) to ensure it meets the organization's needs.
- 8+ years of senior-level experience in Information Security, IT Audit, and Risk Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in large/global enterprise IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT security concerns and technologies, including VPNs, network security, encryption, authentication, and application-level network protocols.
- Experience with IT Governance frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with different layers of management.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and little to no instructions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Service-Now Integrated Risk Management platform (IRM).
- Professional certification in one or more of the following disciplines: IT governance (e.g., CGEIT), security (e.g., CISSP, CISM), internal audit (CISA), or Payment Card Industry (PCI).
