About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team at HiTech Group. As a Senior Business Analyst - Cyber Security and Risk, you will play a key role in liaising with stakeholders to solicit, understand, and document business requirements, processes, and develop high-level solutions and system designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Information Technology Services (ITS) and business project teams to ensure requirements are well understood, solutions are tested, technical issues are recorded and tracked, changes are implemented, and business objectives are met.
  • Facilitate workshops and other collaboration or research activities with internal and external stakeholders to meet outcomes.
  • Provide input into solution design, taking into account enterprise architecture, cyber security, information, and data management to resolve complex issues for both near-term business objectives and future needs.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior business analyst (at least 8 years) in technical projects.
  • Experience facilitating workshops for large stakeholder groups and ability to synthesize input into requirements.
  • Cyber security knowledge and experience is highly regarded.
  • Experience producing artefacts such as business cases, submissions, user journeys, process maps, functional decomposition models, user stories, and test cases.
