
Senior Regulatory Intelligence Manager

The incumbent will lead a team responsible for developing, coordinating and providing high-quality intelligence and analysis to inform strategic planning and operations.
- Provide leadership and effectively manage the team consistent with statutory responsibilities and the organisation's strategic direction and operational policies.
- Lead the successful development of regulatory intelligence capabilities and products to support regulatory activity.
- Provide high-level intelligence analysis on complex and sensitive issues, identifying opportunities, solutions and strategies to address contentious, long-term and emergent issues.
- Strong experience in engaging stakeholders on difficult and sensitive issues.
- Excellent research, conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to self-manage multiple competing priorities while working to tight deadlines.
- Strong data and regulatory intelligence literacy and reporting skills.
- Flexibility to work independently and with geographically dispersed teams.
- Opportunity to develop and lead a team including data and intelligence specialist staff.
