We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team. You will be responsible for providing housekeeping services to short-term accommodation designed for homeless and domestic abuse victims.

The job is paid hourly, and you will be given set times when you will be working.

**What's great about this role**

- Super flexible schedule, generally requiring cleaning to be done 10am-4pm (Monday - Sundays).

- Complete tasks at times suitable to you.

**About our guests**:

Our clients are experiencing homelessness due to various reasons. We are there to support their accommodation needs to get them back on their feet.

**About you**:

- A genuine love for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Local transportation essential, optional after-hours availability for late check-ins and any cleaning requirements.

**About the role**:

- Manage check in's and check outs, communicate expectations and rules of the property to guests.

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and removing all rubbish.

- Identify and report maintenance issues, ability to travel to various locations within Western Sydney.

**Requirements**

- Compassionate, patient, able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

- Good communication skills essential.
