Key Responsibilities

  • Monitors and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the deli area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Performs preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Assists with daily tasks, including cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking shelves and coolers.
  • Collaborates with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
