As a Rotisserie Assistant at Costco Wholesale, you will be part of a dynamic team of retail professionals responsible for preparing and serving high-quality rotisserie chickens and other items.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Rotating roster which will include weekend work and starts from 5am and finishing as late as 10pm
  • Preparing, cooking, and packaging rotisserie chickens and other rotisserie items
  • Stocking and rotating boxes of chickens and other items
  • Cleaning and sanitizing the machines, work surfaces, floors, pans, utensils, and counters
  • Pulling ingredients and supplies from warehouse
  • Stocking large volume ingredients to shelves, cooler, and freezer
  • Staging ingredients to preparation area and refilling dispensing machines
  • Complying with health regulations, such as sanitation, temperatures, product rotation, and expiration dates
  • Assisting with monthly inventory
